'09 QB best of Rod's campers
MORGANTOWN -- Miramar (Fla.) High junior Eugene Smith took home the Most Valuable Player trophy Tuesday at the Rich Rodriguez individual camp on the grass practice field at the Puskar football complex.
Then, no less an authority than JaJuan Seider, who currently coaches WVU 4-star QB prospect Star Jackson, seconded that motion.
Seider played behind Marc Bulger at WVU, but showed he deserved a place in the NFL and Canadian Football League by playing his final season at Florida A&M. Seider returned to Morgantown to finish his bachelor's degree later.
He was WVU coach Rod Smith's assistant at this camp.
