New offer changes Williams' leader

Rivals.com Football Recruiting A new scholarship offer has put one school at the top of the list for Denton Ryan defensive end Josh Williams.
The 6-foot-4, 210-pound defensive end has had a flurry of scholarship offers started in May with one from Missouri. The Tigers have now been joined by schools such as Arizona, Baylor, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, and SMU.
Just this past week, Arkansas, TCU, and Central Florida joined the mix. One of those schools has jumped to the top for Williams.
