Stanford program getting attention
If Stanford would have gotten national attention last season, it would have likely been for all the wrong reasons. After all, the Cardinal was the laughing stock of the conference and fighting turmoil within the team.
This year, however, things have changed. Jim Harbaugh is much more vocal than Walt Harris and is not afraid to tell people that he thinks Stanford will be a good team. That is why it is no surprise that ESPN has taken notice and visited the Stanford campus.
"We all love ESPN, said Harbaugh. "We were one of ten teams across the entire country they chose to highlight during spring football. I think that's a thrill and honor to everyone on the team."
ESPN basically surrounded the team with cameras on Monday as Stanford concludes its last week of spring football. Harbaugh allowed the camera crew to sit in on the practice, team meeting, and take a tour through the locker room.
In addition, ESPN also interviewed Mark Bradford, Anthony Kimble, Wopamo Osaisai, and Nick Sanchez.
