Raymore-Peculiar's Derrick Washington spent the weekend in Columbia and said that the chance to take his official visit was a great experience for him.

Washington said he spent a lot of time talking with fellow Missouri commits as well as a few others in for a visit. He said he also spent the weekend talking with a former teammate.

Washington said that he also got a chance to talk with Missouri coach Brian Jones. Washington said that the conversation left both feeling good about the future.
