Quinn, Irish get one last shot
I'm not going to argue against the notion that there was a bias against Brady Quinn in finishing third in the Heisman Trophy balloting behind Ohio State's Troy Smith and Arkansas' Darren McFadden.
I have neither the energy nor the ammunition to fight it.
The fact is every misstep taken by Brady Quinn was emphasized over and over and over again. There seemed to be much more mercy toward others who had less than sparkling performances.
It didn't matter whether two of Quinn's three interceptions against Michigan weren't his fault.
