Athlete Malcolm Smith's senior season came to a close last week when Taft lost in the first round of the playoffs. Now the 6-foot-2, 200-pound, four-star prospect can focus on making his college choice.

In September the Woodland Hills, Calif., standout made an official visit to Notre Dame and he's working on scheduling more official visits.
