Stevens the best ever?

SoonerScoop.com For all of the Sooner superstars signed during Bob Stoops' tenure it's not often a new high-water mark is reached but that's exactly the situation Oklahoma will find themselves in upon the arrival of new national record holding kicker Jimmy Stevens.
The 5-foot-6, 140-pound kicking extraordinaire is expected to be the long-term replacement for Sooner All-American candidate, and Lou Groza award finalist, Garrett Hartley. Such expectations won't be anything new to Stevens who was deemed a lock to break the national record for career field goals after setting the single season mark last year.
However, it's been a bit of an up and down year for Stevens, but in time he found the way to take the top spot.
