BALTIMORE - Charlie Weis challenged Darius Walker with play calls.

The Notre Dame running back responded, taking out a little frustration on the Navy defense. He rushed for 103 yards on 20 carries to help the Irish rout the Midshipmen 38-14 at M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday. Walker adopting a smash mouth style represented a change of pace for the Irish tailback, but Weis' game plan left the junior no other choice.
