Q&A with Mike Pollak
On what his individual responsibility is as he comes up to the line of scrimmage to prepare for every play:
"I come to the football and I gotta look at the defensive front. I gotta find the MIKE linebacker and see what formation they're lined up in so that I can call that down the line so everyone's on the same page so we can run the play."
On the team's ability to run the football well moving forward:
"I think it's going to pick up when we see more normal fronts that we're used to seeing. Things are going to become more second nature to us and we're not going to have to change as much and we're going to just be able to react more. And as offensive linemen, we want to run the ball. We are in there telling coach we want to run the ball. Because if we can't run the ball against good teams we're not going to be where we want to be at the end of the season."
