Herring returns; more good injury news
With Travis Williams and Antarrious Williams graduated, and Kevin Sears and Tray Blackmon suspended, senior Will Herring became an even more important part of Auburn's 2006 linebacker corp.
So when Herring went down with a hamstring injury last week, leaving linebacker coach James Willis with a group of youngsters and a beat-up senior in Karibi Dede, the concern for the position was understandable.
On Tuesday however, Willis received good news: Herring was back, and with him his three years of playing in the SEC.
