Jamell Fleming will start at cornerback as a true freshman for OU.

At least that's what his mom believes, and we all know mama's always right.

Fleming turned down offers from Baylor, Florida, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, UCLA, Wisconsin and UCF to pick OU.
