Holt Learning 'D-I Way'

HuskerOnline.com At 6-foot-4, 215 pounds, Menelik Holt fits the mold of the new generation of Nebraska wide receivers.
The freshman from San Diego has the classic physical features of a prototype West Coast Offense wide-out. He's big, he's quick, he's powerful and he has a good set of hands. "I'm a physical player and I'm probably one of the heavier receivers," Holt said earlier this week. "I might be the heaviest (receiver) right now, so I plan on using my strength to get off the jam and things like that. I'm trying to learn how to use my body the D-1 way instead of the high school way."
