Korn To Linthicum.
That's a combination Clemson fans could soon hear over the public address system in Death Valley.
Clemson's newest verbal commit, highly regarded tight end Brian Linthicum of Charlottesville, Va., St. Anne's-Belfield said Thursday an early-week phone call from Clemson five-star quarterback commit Willy Korn helped seal the deal for the Tigers.
"Willy and I have already started to form a relationship," Linthicum told Tigerillustrated.com. "He and I have talked a few times, but a couple of nights ago he called me, and we had a chance to talk about my decision. He told me to go with my heart, and do whatever it told me."
Korn announced in June that he will be a December graduate with plans to enroll at Clemson in January, what will give him an immediate opportunity to participate in spring workouts. Linthicum will graduate in December, as well.
