Battle shaping up at DE
Arkansas has some true talent and some solid numbers at the defensive end spots heading into the 2006 football season.
Anthony Brown has solid starting experience from last season, and Jamaal Anderson jumped onto the scene when Brown went down with injury. Antwain Robinson is pushing for a starting job, and JUCO transfer Chris Wade is expected to make the battle for playing time even more competitive. Two ends left school this summer, but new arrival Malcolm Sheppard has the ability to play soon, though Donnell Sanders may be a year away because of a knee injury. This should be defensive line coach Tracy Rocker's most talented goup of linemen to date.
