Andersen reels in No. 2
With a commitment in the bag already, the Utes are heading into the period of the recruiting season that bears more fruit than earlier in the year. Now that the Utah football camp is right around the corner, one can expect at least a commitment or two from that as well. However, the Utes seem to have snagged another in-state prospect that has been on the radar for some time now, and seem to be gearing up for more soon.
James Aiono, a 6-foot-3, 255-pound defensive end out of Murray High School (Utah) has given his verbal commitment to the Utes and provided the Utes with their second commitment of the ’07 recruiting class.
For Aiono, a 2-year starter for the Murray Spartans, it was a no-brainer. Said Aiono, “In my mind I wanted to stay in Utah and the situation that I was in, I couldn’t see myself going out of state.
