Bostick talks Pitt and his commitment
For Manheim Township quarterback Pat Bostick the question of where to go to college was never really much of a query. Bostick committed to Pitt last Friday, and the 6-3 1/2, 225-pound junior said the decision was a long time coming.
While Bostick announced his decision on Friday morning in the high school auditorium, he called Pitt head coach Dave Wannstedt earlier to say that he wanted to be a Panther.
Bostick chose Pitt over offers from Louisville, Ole Miss, Georgia, Maryland, and North Carolina State, among others, and was hearing quite a bit of interest from Michigan as well, but said that no school really got near Pitt in the race for his commitment.
