JAMESTOWN, N.C. - The skies cooperated nicely for the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas Combine held at Ragsdale High School Saturday afternoon, which was a pleasant development after back-to-back events in Charlotte and Fayetteville slowed down by thunderstorms.
