Spring review: Depth set up front
With four starters returning, the Missouri Tigers hope to be solid along the offensive line. While one of those starters missed spring with an injury, Mizzou's players and coaches insisted they had little concern about the line play next fall. We take a look at the two-deep at the position that could determine the Tigers' 2006 fate.
The Starters: Adam Spieker and Joel Clinger were unquestioned starters coming into the spring. Mike Cook and Monte Wyrick solidified their spots. Wyrick, in particular, was a standout among the linemen. With Tyler Luellen out with a knee injury, redshirt freshman Kurtis Gregory looked to have won the starting left tackle spot late in spring. It should stay that way entering August.
