Jenks (Okla.) 2014 safety Steven Parker is one of the latest recipients of a Michigan offer. The Wolverines joined the likes of Alabama, Nebraska, Texas, and Utah in issuing a scholarship invitation to Parker, bringing his total to 15 early in the process. The U-M offer was one he was expecting, since his father had reached out to the Michigan coaching staff and had the impression it was coming.
