There are rumors floating around that Oregon has offered Demario Richard, a running back from Palmdale (Calif.). What's the truth?

According to even Richard himself that's tough to figure.

The 5-foot-10, 200-pound California back has offers from Tennessee, Arizona, Arizona State, Nebraska and UCLA, but he's not exactly sure whether the Ducks have offered. He's heard the rumor mill himself and is hoping to find something out for sure soon.
