Pasco High School wide receiver Janarion Grant enjoyed his Rutgers official visit last weekend and today, the 5-foot-9, 165-pound speed demon committed to head coach Kyle Flood today, joining Brighton (N.Y.) running back Devan Carter as the second commitment from this weekend's group of visitors.
