Austin: 'Need to get our flow back'
West Virginia was never able to get into an offensive rhythm against Kansas State, something the current players aren't very accustomed to under head coach Dana Holgorsen. And the upcoming bye week will be a time for the leaders of the unit to step up and get things back on track.
Senior Tavon Austin was one of the lone bright spots for the entire West Virginia team returning a kick 100 yards for a touchdown and scoring the only offensive touchdown late in the game.
At the time of the kick return it appeared, it might have provided a spark to the Mountaineers but that wasn't to be as Kansas State would score before the half and seize back all the momentum.
