Despite monster game, Geno remaining humble
Quarterback Geno Smith has had many awe-inspiring performances in his three years at West Virginia, but Saturday's win over Marshall in the Friends of Coal Bowl might be his best one yet. The senior from Miramar, Fla. put on a clinic of efficiency against the Herd, completing 32 of 36 passes for 323 yards and four touchdowns in the Mountaineers' 69-34 victory.
But despite the monster game statistically, Smith remains humble towards his performance, with a bigger picture in mind.
