KENOSHA-"The green room" is a show business term used to describe a waiting room for a television show, but it could also be used to describe Bob Heffner's room of superbacks.

Northwestern's superbacks coach has seven players in that room, but they have combined for a grand total of one catch. Four of them played a different position less than one year ago, and the one guy who has played the position for a full year hasn't taken a snap in a game yet.

In other words, Heffner's superbacks are as raw as a Bob Saget stand-up routine.
