A second rising junior prospect has picked up an Ohio State offer coming out of Thursday's camp, the latest going to Springfield (Ohio) wide receiver Thaddeus Snodgrass. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound prospect had a strong performance on Thursday afternoon, proving to be among the fastest players in attendance.
