Illinois hosted 2014 defensive end Peyton Newell for an unofficial visit on Saturday, who was in Champaign a day in advance for the Nike Football Training Camp. Newell (6-foot-3, 270 pounds) hails from Hiawatha (KS) and recently picked up an offer from the Fighting Illini.
