CRETE, Neb. - Andy Janovich is never going to be the most vocal guy on a football team. He's laid back off the field and doesn't go out of his way to draw attention.

But there are two places where he is usually very easy to notice. One is in the weight room, where his intense workouts have quickly attracted the attention of his Shrine Bowl teammates.
