The first Rutgers commit to the class of 2013 made a return trip to Rutgers on Saturday night to take in the Scarlet Knights' final home basketball game of the season against St. John's. Jonathan Dayton High athlete Anthony Cioffi returned to Piscataway for the first time as a Rutgers commit.
