The bulk of Nebraska's walk-on class for 2012 came from in-state. But there were a couple promising prospects from out of state who turned down offers to give it a shot as walk-ons in Lincoln.

Robbie Painter, from Aurora (Colo.) Grandview, is one of the latter.
