Hogs taking care of MLB needs
Arkansas is searching for immediate help at the middle linebacker position in this year's class to help soften the blow of losing four-year starter Jerry Franklin, and the Hog may have found their guy in Fullerton (Calif.) Community College's Mark Wilson.
Wilson, 6-2, 235, 4.5, has arguably the most unique story of any prospect Arkansas has recruited for 2012. He believes his road to Fayetteville started in December of 2009 when he took an official visit to the Hill during his senior year at Tallahassee (Fla.) Lincoln. The Hogs weren't in a position to extend an offer at the time, so Wilson opted to sign with Ron Zook and Illinois as part of the 2010 signing class. He would soon be released from his scholarship with the Illini and ended up spending a redshirt year with Troy in 2010 before enrolling at Fullerton...
