About XavierXavier has been to six-straight NCAA Tournaments in which it has won at least one game in four of those years, including Sweet 16s in 2009 and 2010 years and an Elite Eight in 2008. It has won the Atlantic 10 for five years running, and is picked to do so again this season.
But this year, the Musketeers and coach Chris Mack are aiming for something bigger: a Final Four, something in which Xavier has never participated even though it has been to the NCAA Tournament 22 times.
