Two teams who are winless in the PAC 12 conference take to the field on Saturday as Mike Stoops brings his Arizona Wildcats north for a showdown in Corvallis. Desperation is in the air as both teams need a win.
Here's how the position groups match up heading into Saturday's 12:30pm PT kick off.
QUARTERBACK
Arizona quarterback Nick Foles is having a great season despite his teams record. The senior is quickly climbing the Arizona all-time passing record list and through five games this season is 170-236 for 1877 yards, 14 touchdowns and two interceptions.
While the Wildcats have a seasoned vet at quarterback, the Beavers have gone with youth as redshirt freshman Sean Mannion leads the Beavers in his third career start. Mannion is 97-156 for 1015 yards, two touchdowns and five interceptions.
Advantage: Arizona--Nick Foles is one of the top quarterbacks in the Conference. He has a strong accurate arm and makes good decisions.
