Olathe (Kan.) Northwest wing Shavon Shields had an outstanding summer on the AAU circuit, and drew the attention of an increasing number of colleges.

One of those programs was Nebraska, which is the alma mater of his college, and soon to be NFL, hall of fame father Will Shields. It was Shavon's mother who went with him on his official visit to Lincoln, though, and he enjoyed it.
