Georgia came to see him, now Delray Beach, Fla. tailback Greg Bryant is going to return the favor by attending Dawg Night Friday.
"I like Georgia because they came in the spring and watched me and I think that was very important," said Bryant, a rising junior at American Heritage School. "I just want to come up and show what I can do."
The 2013 prospect, who said he rushed for over 900 yards and 22 touchdowns, said Bulldog coaches used the opportunity this spring to record some video of him during practice.
"I think I'm pretty quick and get through the hole," said Bryant, who stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 196 pounds. "I think I'm more like Adrian Petersen; that type of breakaway speed."
Georgia is one of several schools paying close attention to Bryant, who is also getting attention from two schools he currently likes the best - Florida and Miami.
"Those are my favorites," said Bryant, who currently holds verbal offers from Bowling Green, Marshall and Minnesota.
However, he's coming to Georgia with an open mind.
"I want to see how the camp is, how the coaches are and how hard they work," he said. "I know it will be good."
Although he plays in a spread offense at American Heritage, he wants his college offense to be more of pro-style.
"That's what I want to run," Bryant said. "I'm just trying to improve way more than I am now."
