One of the major traditions of Signing Day at colleges and universities nationwide is the inevitable last-minute decision by a student-athlete. Rutgers became the beneficiary of one of those decisions this morning when Ed White (Fla.) High School offensive guard Kaleb Johnson sent in his National Letter of Intent to play for the Scarlet Knights.
