New York running back Jordan Canzeri picked up a late scholarship offer from the Hawkeyes and decided to make an official visit to Iowa City this past weekend. The 5-foot-9, 177-pound Canzeri said the trip impressed him even more than he thought it would.

"It went really well," said Canzeri. "I expected a lot since it was a Big Ten school, but it was even better than I expected. It was amazing."
