Rivals 250 offensive tackle Donovan Smith is nearing his decision date. The 6-foot-5, 270-pound four-star prospect from Owings Mills recently narrowed down his favorites' list to three schools after completing the last of his official visits in mid-December. He'll choose between Penn State, UCLA and N.C. State within the next two week.
