With or without injured leading rusher Bilal Powell, Louisville football coach Charlie Strong says the Cardinals (4-4, 1-2) should still be able to make a run at Syracuse Saturday. In other words, even if Powell can't play in the noon game in the Carrier Dome, there'll be no excuses.
