The state of Alabama isn't a common recruiting territory for Wisconsin, but the Badger coaching staff is pursuing two of the better prospects under the nose of the defending national champions.

Three-star offensive lineman Spencer Region has Wisconsin among his leaders while on the other side of the ball, defensive tackle Rakeem Nunez has a similar opinion of the UW program.
