Hundley has a top five
In recent years, Texas earned acclaim as a quarterback goldmine, with unmatched talent and depth, attracting schools from across the country to the Lone Star State in search of their next signal-caller. However, 2011 has not followed trend with years past, as quarterbacks suffer a recession and running backs take center stage.
In response, Texas A&M looked out of state for their next starting quarterback, with no precedent supporting the move, save Louisiana's Bucky Richardson, from 1988-91. The Aggies have, however, targeted Chandler (Ariz.) quarterback Brett Hundley, who reciprocated his interest, making the trip east, to College Station, earlier this spring to check out an A&M practice.
