Austin Maly, a 6-foot-5, 220-pound tight end from Waunakee (Wis.), has seen firsthand the importance of a successful summer camp performance.

One year ago, Maly's close friend and Badger recruit, Jake Irwin, skyrocketed onto the football scene with a dominating camp performance which eventually landed him a scholarship offer from the Wisconsin coaching staff.
