The answer man answers . . . 'quiet' BCS rule change
The Answer Man answers questions raised by the USA Today story last week that the BCS "quietly" passed a retroactive rule in 2007 that could strip USC of its 2004 national title should the NCAA find major violations in the Reggie Bush case.
