The University of Tulsa sent out a few early offers to quarterbacks in the class of 2011, and they continue to evaluate other top regional signal-callers, including James Mauro of Hurst (Texas) L.D. Bell. The 6-foot-7 and 215-pounder made a recent trip to the Golden Hurricane campus and came away impressed.
