Defense wins situational spring scrimmage

BuffStampede.com BOULDER, Colo. - Similar to last year's second spring scrimmage, which also included a lot of situational work, the Buffaloes' defense came out looking like a dominant unit on Friday afternoon. Missing a number of their top playmakers, CU's offense was shut out until they started doing goal line work late during the scrimmage. False start penalties and missed field-goals did not help the offense's cause, either.
