First round knockout is the best way to describe the January 16 meeting between Kansas and Texas Tech. The Jayhawks jumped out to a 42-18 halftime lead, and dominated the Red Raiders, 89-63. Marcus Morris scored a game-high 20 points and pulled down eight rebounds, as Kansas cruised to victory No. 16 of the season. On Thursday, Bill Self's squad will look to make quick work of Texas Tech in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Championship.
