"I have scholarship offers from Boston College and Illinois State. Boston College just offered me today (Thursday). My head coach (Derek Leonard) called me down to his office after school and told me that BC offered me. I'm going to give the coaches a call over the next few days. I know that Boston College offers a great education and they are also a national program in football. Academics are very important to myself and my family in this process. The Redbirds offered me right after signing day. I've been able to stay in touch with the coaches at ISU and they seem like really good guys. Illinois State is also close to home and that's a positive. I've been getting steady mail from Iowa, Wisconsin, Central Michigan, Purdue, Northwestern, Illinois and a few other schools. I grew up as a big fan of the Florida Gators. Florida just has a great program and a great head coach in Urban Meyer."

"I'm going to check out Central Michigan on Saturday for an unofficial visit. On Sunday I'm going to Purdue for a junior day visit, and I also want to get over to Illinois within the next few weeks. I went to Northwestern last year during the end of the season for a game."
