Brendan Downs is a newcomer to the recruiting scene but the 6-foot-6, 224-pound tight end has the talent to make a splash in short order. Devils Illustrated caught up with the Bristol (Tenn.) Tennessee prospect and has the latest on this Duke target.

While the Blue Devils have not yet extended an offer to Downs the interest is there. That much is certain. Whether Duke will offer or not may be determined sooner rather than later.
