Notre Dame's recruiting strategy seems to be focused on staying in touch with the prospects targeted by the staff when the group - at least most of it - was at Cincinnati. Many of those prospects have already received Irish offers, with Michigan running back Justice Hayes being one of the most recent to add a Notre Dame scholarship to his collection.
