Northeast Mississippi junior college defensive tackle John Brown admitted there was a time earlier this month that he didn't think Tennessee was the place for him. In fact, Brown was pretty sure he was not going to be a Vol. Then he met Tennessee's new head coach Derek Dooley. And it was that meeting which was the difference for Brown.
