Devine talks about future
JACKSONVILLE--WVU's non-parallel running back Noel Devine touched on his future after Friday's crushing 33-21 loss to Florida State for the third time in a Gator Bowl.
Devine, a 5-foot-8, 176-pound junior, earned the Gator Bowl's offensive Most Valuable Player award after he rushed 16 times for 168 yards, a long dash of 70 and a touchdown. That came out to a 10.5 yards per carry average.
Already, Devine had a 6.38 YPC average for his career, which currently ranks 5th all-time among active NCAA ball-carries. (He also caught two passes against Florida State for 28 yards).
